Beware, Proceed With Extreme Caution. Hire At You're Own Risk Our experience with Blake Lynch at Wagner & Lynch raises significant concerns—particularly in terms of his record-keeping and the handling of client retainers. We paid Blake Lynch $4,500 after having to secure a personal loan that we are still paying on, only for him to claim 2 years later he was not paid and withdrew from a very important guardianship case. How do you just lose $2,500.00? In conclusion, our experience with Mr. Lynch was very, very disappointing, to say the least. Whether it was negligence, poor record-keeping, or something more, I would advise others to proceed with extreme caution when considering his services. The representation or lack thereof was unprofessional, Mr. Lynch refused to file anything that was requested, even allowed child support payments to continue to be directed to an individual who did NOT even have physical custody, we were forced to represent ourselves in this matter when we had an attorneyretained for this issue. Blake Lynch is currently under investigation by the Oklahoma Bar Association through a OBA grievance complaint we filed against him. Words can't describe what we have been through, I'd use extreme caution if considering this lawyer for legal services.

He's the real McCoy Blake Lynch and his team at Wagner and Lynch helped totally correct all our estate-related legal difficulties and brought our holdings up to date. It took him and his staff less than two months to work it all out, while making all the necessary legal corrections. I can't tell you what a relief it was to finally find someone we could depend on after wasting 3 years with a different attorney. I highly recommend Blake for anyone, but especially those of us in the Checotah/Eufaula area.

Biography

I am a 2009 graduate from the University Of Oklahoma College of Law. Since graduating, I have practiced law in McAlester and Wilburton with a focus on civil and criminal law. I also practice in tribal court for the Choctaw, Seminole, and Cherokee tribes. I stay very involved in the local and state Bar associations, serving as District 2 chair in the Young Lawyers Division and as Pittsburg County Bar President. I also devote a lot of my time to the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Foundation.
