Professional Experience

: Current; Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Rutkowski was an associate in the Trial Practice Group of the New York office of Jones Day, where she practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and arbitration. Before attending law school, Ms. Rutkowski served as a program analyst in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice as part of the Outstanding Scholars Program. At the Justice Department, she assisted in the administration of Central and Eastern European justice sector initiatives, including the coordination of training programs for Central and Eastern European prosecutors, traveling to various countries in the region and working with foreign justice sector personnel.
