Activities: Ms. Scheer is a member of the Texas and Dallas Bar Association's labor and employment sections. She is Past Chair of various Dallas Bar Association Committees. Ms. Scheer is also a member of the SMU H.R. Roundtable, a Fellow of the Dallas Bar Foundation, and a former member of the Dallas Human Resource Management Association.

Activities: Active within the city of Dallas charitable and civic communities, she is a member of the Leadership Dallas Class of 1998, and a volunteer with Dallas Habitat for Humanity, The Family Place, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Ursuline Academy and a former Co-President of ARTS For People.
