She is a partner in the San Francisco office. Ms. Stork's practice includes a variety of complex litigation and white collar investigation matters, with a focus on antitrust and unfair competition litigation. She has experience in federal and state antitrust litigation, government and internal investigations, as well as litigation in the financial services and health care industries. Ms. Stork also counsels clients on a wide variety of competition issues such as distribution, joint ventures, strategic alliances, pricing, and intellectual property licensing, as well as merger compliance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
