Angela Carter Brown went to college at the University of California Irvine in Irvine, California, graduating in 1990. While there, she earned two degrees, one in Social Ecology and another in Philosophy. After college, Ms. Carter Brown entered prestigious Pepperdine University School of Law and obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 1993.

Ms. Carter Brown is admitted to practice in every Court in the State of California and the United States Supreme Court.

Carter Brown has provided exceptional boutique criminal defense services for decades. She has defended many high profile clients, including doctors, elected officials and other attorneys, and handled numerous cases that have been featured in local and national news media.

A particular area of focus for Carter Brown has been providing defense and support for veterans who find themselves in the judicial system for reasons including addiction and the long-term impacts of post traumatic stress disorder.
