Andrew Flood
Wisconsin Criminal Defense Attorney
Andrew graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2021 with a degree in Political Science and minors in Criminal Justice and Law & Policy, earning cum laude honors and the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence for his academic and leadership contributions. He continued his education at Marquette University Law School, where he earned his J.D. in 2024, graduating in the top 25% of his class and receiving a Certificate in Litigation. His exceptional performance in Mental Health Law and Appellate Writing & Advocacy earned him CALI awards.
During his legal studies, Andrew served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jennifer R. Dorow, assisting in drafting judicial decisions, orders, and memorandums. He also worked as a research assistant focusing on constitutional law with Professor Scott Idleman. Prior to his current role, Andrew honed his practical skills at the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office, where he was involved in criminal pre-trial negotiations, investigations, and litigation.
At Marquette, Andrew actively participated in the Moot Court Executive Board and orchestrated the school’s National Moot Court Competition. He also competed in the Siegenthaler-Sutherland National Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C. Acknowledging his dedication to community service, he was inducted into the Pro Bono Society for volunteering over 120 hours of legal services.
