I met Alex when he was in law school, shared an office as he interned, then passed the bar and became an associate.

Though we have not represented the same client, we have discussed many cases, bounced ideas off one another and compared notes.

His research and writing is very strong, combined with a great work ethic he's the whole package.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

As I stated, strong research and writing means Excellend, not very good or good, but excellent knowledge of the law. Retention? I can't speak to that... but he knows the law when he leaves the office.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

See above. He was ranked first in his class at one time. That means something.

Communication Skills: Very Good

He doesn't talk much but does have the ability to read even the driest inflection, upping his rating from good to very good.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

I know of no ethics complaints against, nor do I have any concerns for this lawyer's ethics.
