Alex puts up a strong defense for his clients. Over the last twenty years, Alex has constantly reached out to specialized attorneys in his network to expand his knowledge in legal matters to make sure his strategy is rock solid for his clients. When many attorneys assume they know it all, Alex knows when he doesn't know something- and craves learning more about that subject.

I have worked with Alex off and on from 2007-2021 in Victoria, DeWitt, Calhoun, and Jackson Counties.

Yes

He brought his expertise to the table and trusted other lawyers on the team to bring their A-game to the table. Many attorneys let their egos get in the way of representing their clients - Alex doesn't.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

Alex's knowledge is not just from going to law school or reading case law. It's from watching court cases, long talks and texts with his peers, and hearing about the trials and tribulations of legal outcomes from everyone in his family who practice law as well.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Alex can hear the details of a potential case and immediately start asking all the right questions. Whether his reaction is positive or negative to the case he will respond with the answers that make you understand why the case is or isn't good. He does this in a non-belittling way, unlike many attorneys of his ilk.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Alex is quick to answer questions and (from what I hear) makes sure he has someone available at his office to answer questions clients have.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

As an attorney who has practiced for 34 years, I'm familiar with the attorneys in the area who have "bad ethics." Alex Hernandez is not one of them. The new jurisdictions he is becoming a part of will be pleased to have someone with high ethical standards and a thirst to learn the proper way of doing things.
