We have been on opposite sides of a contested probate case, and we worked together on a case involving a business transaction. We also worked together on a case involving a non-compete clause in an employee contract. We have worked together on some real estate transactions.

I first met Albin Moser in 2004 when we were on opposite sides of a contested estate. That case was litigated for 2-3 years before it was resolved. Since then I have worked with Albin on several matters including litigation, real estate transactions, and probate cases.
