Unresponsive and unprofessional He was the attorney for our closing, which occurred on Thursday 17 November. His service and responsiveness is abysmal. 1. On Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and today, Monday I left many messages on his voice mail, none of which did he respond to. 2. He has not sent to us the checks for the closing (we are the sellers) despite the checks being in his office as of today. Nor has he responded to our request that he either messenger or FedEX overnight or hand deliver himself the checks. 3. Nor has he responded to emails sent to him by me and by our real estate agent.
