- Activities: Mr. Freeman is active in the civic community of Montgomery County, Maryland. He holds an appointment by the County Executive to the Western Montgomery County Citizens Advisory Board, which he chaired during 2005, and he serves on several citizen advisory boards to the Montgomery County Department of Police. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Charles E. Smith Life Communities, and he is Vice President of the Boards of Directors of two of the organization's homes, Ring House and Landow House.
