Essex County Legal Aid Association (ECLAA) serves qualified low-income residents in Essex County, NJ by providing free emergency legal advice related to civil matters. ECLAA provides its emergency legal services on-site at the Hall of Records in Newark. ECLAA's immediate emergency legal advice, legal paperwork preparation, and counseling is provided to qualified low-income residents.
