Auger & Auger
The Charlotte based personal injury attorneys at Auger & Auger represent clients throughout North Carolina. With offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, and Greensboro, the law firm advocates for the legal rights of their clients who have been injured in auto accidents, truck collisions, motorcycle crashes, bicycle accidents, and pedestrian injuries. Its attorneys also represent children and families affected by day care injuries, loved ones in wrongful death cases, and people seriously injured by a dog bite or animal attack. Together, Herbert W. Auger and Arlene P. Auger have legal experience totaling more than 43 years.
Founding partner Herbert W. Auger and Arlene P. Auger are both graduates of the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York. Mr. Auger began working for a large personal injury law firm after law school, representing only injury victims. After starting his own law practice in New York in 1992, he moved to North Carolina in 1995 with Mrs. Arlene P. Auger to open their law practice and make Charlotte their home. Immediately after law school, Arlene P. Auger worked for the GEICO insurance company, and with law firms representing 3 other insurance companies in the New York area. Arlene's extensive knowledge of insurance law and how defense lawyers operate is an asset to the law firm's clients, leveraging her ability to settle or take the claim to litigation. Herbert and Arlene Auger are members of the North Carolina Bar Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and North Carolina Advocates for Justice.
