Negligent at best She won't read your emails and then bug you about the emails she sent, example, I sent an invoice for a service to be paid in escrow, there was no response for days until I got an email asking for the invoice, I resent it and I got an attitude as if I was late with my email. This happened a few times thoughout my transaction. She left many very important contingencies out of the contract, and I was legally obligated to continue with the contract even though all my boxes were not checked. She was very pushy and not very nice. She made me feel like I was a child. I do not recommend using her for any real estate purchases. It was one thing after another and I still had to pay her thousands of dollars. Not worth it, learn from my mistake.
