Nace Naumoski, Esq. is an attorney with offices in Union County and Passaic County, New Jersey, who practices in the areas of criminal defense, DWI defense, juvenile defense, personal injury, partnership disputes, breach of contract, and general business litigation. Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Naumoski was an associate in a top-notch litigation group at McCarter & English, LLP, New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious law firm. While at McCarter & English, Mr. Naumoski’s practice consisted primarily of representing some of the world’s biggest and most well-known corporations in connection with lawsuits in a variety of areas, including personal injury, product liability, wrongful death and survivorship, construction litigation, business torts (including breach of contract, tortious interference, and trade libel), real estate and title litigation, collection, consumer fraud, and public entity litigation. Mr. Naumoski also represented individuals in personal injury cases and contract disputes.

Mr. Naumoski earned his law degree from Fordham University. During law school, Mr. Naumoski was a member of the Fordham Law Review. Membership on the Law Review is considered among the highest scholarly achievements at any law school. Mr. Naumoski earned his undergraduate degree from the prestigious School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in diplomacy and international relations. Mr. Naumoski also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Donald H. Steckroth, U.S.B.J.

In 2009, Mr. Naumoski started the Law Office of Nace Naumoski with the aim of focusing on his criminal defense and business litigation practice and bringing his aggressive litigation style to a broader clientele.
