: Current; Activities: Mr. Rackow was recently elected to serve as a member of the Anglo-American Real Property Institute (AARPI), which includes only 50 members from the United States. He is an elected Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and a member of the National Economic Committee of the International Council of Shopping Centers. For 12 years, Mr. Rackow served as president and then chair of the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation, which is the advisory group to Philadelphia's Business Improvement District. Additionally, he serves on the board of Avenue of the Arts, Inc., a non-profit organization promoting cultural and economic growth on the Avenue of the Arts in Philadelphia. Mr. Rackow is also a member of the board of the Parkway Council Foundation, a non-profit organization designed to promote the growth and development of the Ben Franklin Parkway and surrounding area in center city Philadelphia.
