Professional, Responsive and Affordable I hired Yong to help me with my real estate business, mostly tenant/landlord issues and contracts. I chose him for his affordable pricing, but I have come to realize that he is unlike any attorney I have worked with before, his prices don't change nor is he trying to upsell me for more hours. He responds to phone calls and emails and doesn't bill me for 30 min email responses that realistically take 5-10 mins. He updates me along the way, when I do not even have to contact him, he will contact me first. This makes me feel that he actually cares and I do not have to chase him for answers.
