It's not too often that I have an opposing attorney that stands strong for his client, plays hard "in the field", but is friendly/collegial off it. He knows the law and he works hard to problem solve issues, often directly with counsel. But he's never afraid of going to court when needed. Yale is reasonable, but a strong advocate. He has a good sense of "fairness" (as far as our practice areas can be fair. He nicely balances compassion, collegiality, and resolute advocacy.
