Not the experience I’ve had with this firm I contacted after an accident on 05/14/23 and was made to feel that they were going to take care of us and help. The first signs of that not being the case came when I was assured they would help us get a rental.after a week, maybe ten days I find myself we have to do that and this was misconstrued to us. The final straw after including being snubbed when actually coming to the office was the firm really started pushing hard to get me to sign off on being able to settle on my behalf when during the course of this non-stop texting it’s told to me by this firm in text they have already gotten a check for the settlement that I have yet to sign off for them to agree or consent to on my behalf. I’m told that, as I have all the texts still, that they didn’t know that the insurance had sent it a week ago and that just now realized it. This is plainly absurd and makes no sense. What insurance company just sends checks out and not make anyone aware of it? So after many texts that go unanswered or ignored, where no straight answer is given when answered, medical attention they said they would help me get never called, never made attempts to get me in, in pain still, they claim a chiropractor clinic should be sufficent and I wasn’t hurt. I thought they were lawyers, not medical staff? I messaged that I have no confidence in their representation and included examples of my concern.
