Do not hire!!
We did not hire Tim Bottero, our personal injury case was givev to him by our previous Attorney, All the discovery and leg work was done when he recid was a few phone calls and a deposition He would not let us participate in the settlement, but told the other arty what to off without any input from us!! And proceeded to take $30,000 from us for his very few hours of work!! Do NOT hire this man as he is
a fake!!
Tim Bottaro's Response: First of all, the case was resolved 3 years ago. To receive this review now is puzzling to me. Secondly, the claim that I did not let them participate in the settlement of the case without any input from them is false. The case was settled in mediation where they were present, which is required. They spoke several times with the mediator, not the "other attorney" about the case and the settlement terms and agreed to the settlement.
