Amazing is an understatement! From the first phone call to after the case was settled, Susan was there every step of the way. Susan is highly professional, yet friendly and personable in a way I don't think we would have found in anyone else. She kept us informed every time there was new activity on our case. She listened to us, acknowledged any thoughts or ideas we had and answered every question without hesitation. She was honest about both the good and bad. She rearranged her busy schedule to be there when we called, even though she really wasn't absolutely needed. She came because we asked her to, because it was important to us.
