He was retained for a criminal law trial He was unprofessional,unresponsive,unprepared,unkept & disheveled. He is a perpetrator he handedly lost trial he didn't object to anything the prosecution wanted or did no matter how unscrupulous it was. He had minimal rebuttal or cross examination,I didn't see my full discovery and the appellate court agreed he allowed them to overcharge me and use prejudicial evidence he even took a picture of me to savor the moment he shafted me,he told me it was to show the jury but they saw me sitting across from them and he never used it, that's pretty sick of you ask me. I would highly advise against retaining him unless you want to go to prison. I don't know if he won any cases recently I asked him and he didn't give me a straight answer. I even assisted in my case the reason I went to trial and he didn't make any of the arguments/case law I offered not even to the judge. He put in 1 motion and argued the same point that the Supreme Court ruled against but he could have used that case law in my case because they did make a ruling that was in my favor. All I can say is the appellate court agreed at least to have a hearing to see if he was ineffective. And he knows who I am and I don't care. View More
