my experience with Attorney Goldwyn the last 10 months Attorney Goldwyn was charged a lot of money and did as little as possible. He refused to present evidence to get the case dismissed. He had ample evidence to present but refused to present it. He would not sign the few motions he presented and would not present the evidence instead he would give a spiel which was completely useless. He supposedly collected the discovery of tape recordings and refused to give them to me the client. I was shocked. The few motions he presented he would not sign the motions. I would go to his office for a meeting to discuss strategies but he would only spend maybe 10 minutes with me. What really upset me was the fact that he just would not file a motion to dismiss due the length of time it took the ADA to give the discovery. It was a clear violation of the Brady rule. This man was not prepared or knowledgeable when in the court room. Please I warn you to not use this attorney in a criminal matter. I had called his office to ask Altman and Altman to help with the case to see if he could get some help but they ignored my calls. I had asked Goldwyn to get some help by adding another attorney but he refused. This lawyer was not caring or empathetic. He was not able to resolve the issue. He did not keep me informed and never mentioned what he discussed with the ADA if he even spoke with the ADA. Please do not waste your money on this man. God is good !! View More
