Constantly working and makes you feel like you're his only client. Will take my call 99% of the time So far, This is the best lawyer that I have ever had dealings with. He makes me feel like I am the most important person or case he has. He is very knowledgeable about disability law. He hasn't had to do very much yet because I am not at the appeals level. I believe I am going to get disability without having to go in front of a ALJ, so I hope that he has compassion and doesn't charge me for work that he doesn't have to do. I have filed 3 times and 2 of the times I had a different attorney. I was denied twice and had to appear in front of an Administrative Law Judge where I was ultimately denied. I applied a 3rd time and I believe I have already won my case and will not have to go in front of the ALJ. Mr. Perrigo will earn his money if he can establish my onset date to 2012 and I can receive the back pay that I deserve. I do not really know how that works but I am sure Mr. Perrigo knows since according to his resume he worked for Social Security and he is now an attorney fighting for people trying to get SSI or SSDi, while he is a Social Security expert teaching classes as a professor at Nashville School of Law. I would think he knows what he is doing and unlike a big firm, I can talk directly to my attorney if I need to, not a secretary or answering service.
