Stephen and I worked together with codefendants in a Criminal Court case which was eventually dismissed. He helped get each of our clients' removed to Family Court where neither client ended up with a criminal record.

We attended the same law school but at different times. We were introduced by a mutual friend and ended working on several matters together and over time grew to be close friends, developed an of counsel relationship and affiliation.
