Does not reply to emails or call requests In 5 months, she never answers our calls or eMails. She will handle the case as she wants, without regards to your specific requests. She was told specifically not to do something and without even talking to us (because she would never speak to us) she did what she wanted. We had two very specific reasons we wanted to hire our own attorney and we were more than clear and have it in writing. We wanted to be kept up to date, and not in the dark about the case. We did not want any harm to come to the parents & their cases. She ignored us on both requests. She sent an associate claiming her power was out and she had no internet services, yet during our mediation her assistant Catta walks in and tells Andrea, her associate, that Stephanie is in another appt for another case. REPORT HER TO THE BAR --- IT IS EASY TO DO Let them review and discipline. She needs to be held accountable and the bar will not tolerate her conduct. Emails that have not been replied too, phone records showing you called, but never received return calls. All very easy to capture and submit as evidence. Even if she does not like you, she took your case, took your money. Hurting people who are already suffering is an indication to morals and values. Find another attorney. Shes does not play games with anything! She gets straight to the point down to business and knows her stuff! So far shes been amazing with responses and handling and i only hav had her a day i mean dam! Excuse my language but shes a bada** at family law she remembers details vividly and no matter what she will definitely accomplish something for you
