The Worst Experience Ever!! This has been by far, the worst and most devastating experience with an attorney of our lives, to date! My family hired Ms. Rand for what should've been a pretty clear objective. It was carried out so poorly that we ended up in a larger mess than we could've ever seen coming. In the midst of the mess, our "attorney" dropped the case and left us to fend for ourselves. We went before the judge pro se' and made more progress than she ever has on the case... however, the fact that she didn't show for the proceeding, and no one had heard from her, showed a new level of unprofessionalism, and was embarrassing to our family. The Judge was so astonished by her actions that he had a few choice words of his own... anyway, they found that she had entered a motion to dismiss herself from the case the NIGHT BEFORE the proceedings!!! In the process, she also filed things that we never asked her to file... it was tragic! She wouldn't respond to any emails, texts, or calls. After several weeks, we finally got her on the phone and she claimed that she was sick and that she would give us a full refund for her ineffective assistance. Over the next few weeks, we had to deal with her assistant (Wanda), which is clearly a family member of hers, and is BEYOND unprofessional! She doesn't speak to clients well, and apparently, she likes to over speak hang up on clients. She asserted that despite Ms. Rands' word, we would never be given a refund and that was final... and would hang up. After speaking with Ms. Rand again, she made excuses and apologies for her "assistant" and assured us that a refund would be granted. She promised to mail it... that never happened. Then she said meet me at the office on Monday at 10am. She texted my wife at 9:55am and said she wouldn't be giving the refund "today" and she would let us know when she was available to do so. That was several weeks ago. We have not received a call, a returned message, and no refund of all of the money that we wasted on this attorney! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE!!! View More
