No one, and I mean NO ONE, is better at legal research than Scott Melin. Even if you don't want to hear his answer, he will thoroughly investigate an issue if he doesn't already know the answer, and he will explain to you why he is right. Go against his advice at your peril. In the time he has worked with me, I can't think of a single time when he got the law or end result wrong.
