A Huge Mistake -I don't recommend
I hired Kippel. From the onset, all he did was brag about how good he is, what he claims to have accomplished and never even allowed me to properly explain my case. He began by almost immediately, threatening me to resign, all because because I sent him (3) instead of (1) page of the TSA letter? Nasty. What's more, he lied on top of that.(I'll get to this). Another thing concerning to me is, he lives in Isreal. If someone, for example, got in to any real fees, there's really simple no way to
get your money back (litigation would be hardly worth it in Isreal, keep that in mind),. He seems to be somewhat senile and in my opinion, has a cognitive issue as well. Additionally, if someone is a non Jewish person (they, Jewish people call others "goy".., the absolute hostility to me was evident and palpable. He ultimately refunded my money, because I DARED to apologize for sending too many pages, after he berated me? Blind in one eye, I wasn't able to see the thumbnail, (I explained this to him) to determine which was page 1, 2, 3. . I was using the phone not my laptop, on the road. You will not likely appreciate this egotistical farse. It was surreal. Absolutely, the WORST attorney I've ever met and I have 30 years of Law Enforcement Experience. My wife has 10 and after explaining to her what he's acted like she told me not to even hire him, I should have listened to her. His NY Bar license appears to be suspended (according to what I can see). He may be current in Texas, even that, I'm not certain of. It is true, he can represent anyone he'd like, this is true. We can hire anyone we'd like as well. As for the lying. He promised he could get the fine from 4k to 1025.00, didn't care about the circumstances, didn't care my wife, a former Federal Officer, has a valid defense. It's about money. I never tried to do things "my way" and if he answers this, I'll attach a copy of his email to my response where he berades me over sending 3 pages. It's insane. My other ratings on here are for a Springfield, Mo lawyer who has become a great friend. So I'm fair minded and don't want vengeance. He wasted a week of my time, diminished the response time and now, I have to begin again to seek counsel. I'm glad we ended it early. Beware, he is nasty, egotistical, and I most certainly do not believe in his inflated qualifications. No real Attorney can act like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
