Ignored the big picture, not always good with details. Bad with some important details. He filed a motion that inaccurately stated my crime was a felony when it was a misdemeanor. I was the one who caught the mistake. Multiple things took longer than they were predicted to take. My expungement was predicted to be fully processed after no more than 3 months, but it still wasn't processed after 6 months. The CA DOJ repeatedly mailed my criminal forms to the wrong address.
