Scot is one of the most honest and organized attorneys that I know. He is particularly effective because he holds numerous academic degrees and professional certifications, including his engineering background and patent bar license. Every case on which I worked on with Scot resulted in a very positive outcome for the clients who were involved.

Legal Knowledge: Excellent

Scot is well-versed in a wide range of law, but particularly in trademarks and patents. Scot's knowledge spans far beyond intellectual property law, however, given that he has successfully taken cases in the areas of immigration, contracts, and more. He has also been a lawyer for nearly two decades as of the time of this writing, which lends even more credence to his expertise and experience.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Scot's diverse academic and professional background allows him to analyze cases from many perspectives. Additionally, Scot's skills as a professional tutor sometimes intertwine with his legal prowess, such as when he provides patent or LSAT tutoring to prospective lawyers. Scot has successfully prosecuted a very proud portfolio of patents, and I know for a fact some of them have resulted in successful products being sold on Amazon.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Scot has a very solid appointment system and makes himself thoroughly available by e-mail and telephone. Office visits are also available weekly, allowing for excellent continued communication between clients and co-counsel, where applicable.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Scot is highly ethical and always concerned with following the law to the dot. He spends much of his time researching issues to ensure that he provides correct advice to clients. He is punctual, serious, but also easy to communicate with--hallmarks of professionalism all around.
