Top notch amazing attorneys, I dont know where to even begin....they saved my life My experience was a positive one. The firm was very professional, caring, they listened, and made a very scary time feel less scary. They gave me hope and they followed through with everything they said at consultation meeting. They are quite humble too!!!! Here is where things started: I was charged with a DWI in 2020. My defense lawyer at that time said I was going to be deported if I went to trial, and I needed to plead guilty because it would stop me from getting deported. I took his advice to pled guilty to a DWI ... then I got a letter from DHS that I was being deported and to appear in immigration court. Every lawyer I talked to said there was nothing that could be done since I pled guilty, and had sealed my fate. One firm said they would try to help me stop getting deported with no guarantees, and said I had to pay $10,000 just for that. It was a very scary and uncertain time for me, as I thought I was going to be deported away from my family. I was given the information of Gad Law from a dear friend who worked with this firm before. I paid $7,500 total, for Ms. Sarah to handle the criminal plea matter and Ms. Suzanne to represent me in the immigration matter. They explained my options and gave me hope. I was able to take back the guilty plea because I was given wrong information by my old defense lawyer. Sarah handled the guilty plea and got this taken back because I got wrong information. The conviction was vacationed and Sarah got the criminal prosecutor to lower the charge from DWI to disorderly conduct. Ms Suzanne handled the immigration part and stopped the proceedings. Overall, great experience. The lawyers here are very patient, humble, answered every call and question, and really did go above and beyond for me to stop my deportation. They were able to make it so that my plea was reversed and it stopped removal. My honest thoughts of Sarah. Probably one of the most brilliant person I’ve had the pleasure to be around. My life was turned upside down, and I lost so much and was charged with a heinous crime. And went above and beyond what she needed to do I recommend her to anybody who wants to beat a case when everything and everyone is going against you. I felt helpless in the judicial system. I was guilty before I even appeared in front of the court. They treated me as if I was a monster. But there was one person that listened to me. And believed in me. That was my lawyer, Sarah. Hire this woman if you need a defense lawyer! She went above and beyond for me & it paid off! She didn’t sell me a dream. She said she could not guarantee anything other than that she would do her very best. Her work ethic is the best thing I’ve ever seen. She knew every detail about my case like the back of her hand, names, dates, locations, everything. The state came down on me hard for suspected check fraud with intent to defraud because I had several priors that were all drug related. I would a gotten 10+years for it if I was convicted but I had a contested omnibus and the judge said not enough probable cause to bring me to trial. The prosecutor was not nearly as prepared, and Sarah had them looking like fools! It was like watching the prosecutor try to play checkers with Bobby Fisher. All I can say is thank God for Ms. Sarah. God was looking out for me when he sent Sarah. She is an EXCEPTIONAL lawyer and person. I got pulled over for a broken tail light one night back in august 22. I ended up in handcuffs n the back of a squad car while my car was being searched. Another car pulls up next to me and a young woman (Ms. Gad) asked if I was okay. I said, “does it look like I’m okay?” and she told me whatever you do, don’t say anything to the police. the police officer saw her talkng to me and went ballistc. She calmly said she was my lawyer and handed him her business card. They let me go with a citation for a broken tail light but then a month later get a summons in the mail telling me I’ve been charged with “possession of marijuana, not a small amount.” I think the cops were just trying to mess with me and I don’t think they anticipated that Sarah would come through like she did. The case got dismissed on the first try and she made the cops look like fools how they acted. I was surprised by how much she truly cared. She beat the charges swiftly and didn’t charge me much since she didn’t have to work on my case for that long. the most kind hearted loyal attorney there is. she quit her job at the firm over how they treated me Ms. Sarah represented me in a case of self-defense. I was attacked at my car at a gas station when I was pregnant. my family paid good money to fight my case to a law firm that Ms. Sarah worked at when I was going thru all this. Sarah was non-judgmental and compassionate, and she fought hard for me (and won) Okay I won't lie. I only went with Sarah because she was the cheapest lawyer I could find, and I was running out of time. Other lawyers I consulted with demanded at least $5,000+. Was referred to Sarah by word of mouth on August 23. My case was dismissed Sept1 1. You do the math. I was referred to Sarah Gad by a mutual friend after I got a job and lost my public defender. I was skeptical because she seemed young, but I was really impressed by her from the beginning. She immediately gathered every document for my face and starting putting together a motion to dismiss my case like every lawyer does, but I was genuinely surprised that the motion was granted. I thought these motions were par for the Cours.e. but apparently she found several errors in the charging documents and a constitutional violation.
