Sam Scroggie is a GREAT lawyer! Really, Sam is the best lawyer. He has not only assisted me in a jury trial, he has given me legal advice outside of the court room. He got my license back when other attorneys said they couldn't He won our case when most attorneys said they couldn't. He explained every step of the plan to us. His price was fair and reasonable. He answered all of our questions. Repeat: He WON our case. Sam prefers to discuss things in person or over the phone. He doesn't appear to like putting too many details in emails or texts. Some people may struggle with this. Personally, I think it's incredibly wise; it keeps the paper trail to a minimum. First time in my adult I needed legal representation, and hopefully the last.
