Not Guilty Verdict I had the honor to hire Ryan Ramsayer as my DUI (OWI) attorney. I contacted Ryan right after a warrant was issued for my arrest following 3 months after the incident in which I was accused of my DUI. Ryan immediately began working and got me a court date via zoom (due to COVID-19). Warrant was removed, I attended my court date and receive pre-trial date. After a series of pre-trial court dates, the data master (breathalyzer machine results) was suppressed due to falsification of the machine being certified and the police department knowing this while continuing to use the machine.
