Very incompetent I hired woodworth in 2016. I paid woodworth $9,500.00 cash for representation. Woodworth did very little work on my case and ultimately started working against. Woodworths depositions were subpar, he didn't ask follow questions of defendants and let them give incomplete answers. Woodworth didn't depose other witnesses I paid him to depose. Woodworth did put on my case against defendants. Woodworth lied and said the judge ordered me to sign dozens of releases for almost 10years of medical and other records for defendants. Woodworth did not keep scheduling orders. He didn't file any motions. He didn't do anything for my case. Woodworth withdrew from my case after lying to the judge and filing to withdraw by submission only. Woodworth have a long history of this behavior in state and federal court.
