I had two cases in which I represented a creditor and Ron represented a debtor.

The two cases I had against Ron were between 2010 and 2012.

Yes

In both cases that I had against Ron, he did an outstanding job advocating for his clients and made very strong and convincing arguments to the court on their behalf. He obtained excellent results for his clients both times.

Ron has tremendous knowledge about contracts and contract laws. Before entering private practice, Ron clerked for a federal judge which is an opportunity that is only available to the best law students.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

In the cases I had against Ron, the legal memos that he filed with the court were highly effective. When we have spoken since then, Ron has always had an excellent grasp of any legal issue that we have discussed. He has also achieved excellent results in class action suits, which requires a high degree of ingenuity that is beyond the skill set of most lawyers.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Ron has great communication skills. He is very knowledgeable but still modest and down to earth. He's also very prompt at returning phone calls and emails.

Ethics and Professionalism: Excellent

Ron displayed a high level of ethics and professionalism in the cases I had against him. He obtained favorable results while "playing by the rules" and did not make any arguments to the court that were disingenuous or bent the truth.

Ron is extremely knowledgeable in general litigation matters and particularly in the Consumer Protection areas of Fair Trade, Fair Debt Collection, Telephone Solicitation and Junk Fax. He is a firm negotiator. Although he is fair and honest, he never backs down and zealously represents his clients.
