Rocky hired me to my first legal job in Florida as an Assistant Public Defender in Tampa, Florida. At the time, he was the Felony Bureau Chief and second in command of the entire office. I learned to be the lawyer I am today under his watch.

Rocky was one of if not the best trial lawyers at the entire office. He upheld and taught what it means to be a Public Defender and stand up for justice for all very effectively.

Rocky oversaw much of the office and was a great mentor for not just the most serious cases, but all cases. His legal analysis was on point.

Rocky is an excellent communicator as not only evidenced by his trial talents, but by his effectiveness in overseeing the felony department of the Public Defender in the 13th Circuit.
