Highly Recommend Robert Padjen as super honest and trustworthy bankruptcy attorney! Mr. Padjen assisted me in a bankruptcy against the Prudential Insurance Company of America. Prudential sued me after I closed my Prudential Real Estate Franchise in Denver when Prudential supported another Broker who they secretly brought to Denver. Both Prudential and this broker raided my company and put me out of business within a few months. Then Prudential sued me for breach of contract. Mr. Padjen saved me with his defense. He was super honest, smart, and practical. My former partners sued me as well for default of a lease of a building which I was a partner in. At the end Mr. Padjen's fees were so reasonable and his expertise in the courtroom was superb. Finally, I settled with Prudential. Note, for years Prudential would not settle with me. They were vindictive just because they could be. I was small potatoes and had a franchise for many years with them. We had one office and about 110 agents. I lost my company which I loved and was such an important part of my life and business life thanks to Prudential. Ultimately Prudential Real Estate was purchased by Warren Buffet at af major bargain price. The franchise that Prudential snuck into Denver ultimately closed and went to another franchise. I was making a good living in Residential Real Estate in Denver. I was not a candidate for bankruptcy as Mr. Padjen warned. I had very little debt and was completely honest with Prudential and paid them their fees until the very last day we were open. The bankruptcy route is not a piece of cake. Frankly it was a nightmare as Prudential's attorneys were after me and virtually everything I owned. They even went after my wife who was not an owner of my company. Example, they wanted to have pictures of everything in my house, dishes, silverware, art, furniture, and even wanted a count of my underwear.
