We worked together at Hoff, Curtis, Pacht, Cassidy, Frame, Somers & Katims, PC from 2002 to 2010, when I left that firm as Managing Director to take a position as General Counsel and COO of a large mechanical contracting firm. When I returned to private practice in 2012, Rich and I began a very effective relationship of referring clients to each other and serving co-counsel on several cases.
