Large investment wasted by choosing Eldredge. Terrible experience. Finalized a document to file on October 27th. Wasn't actually filed until November 15th, 3 weeks later. I was told initially "we don't make out money on these patents, we make our money on litigation!!" Missing a deadline by 3 weeks I would be extremely nervous having these folks litigate anything for me. Total waste of 5 grand. Hired another patent attorney who says this should have been filed as a provisional. Inexperience and lack of attention ignored my needs. Having to re-do the whole thing over again. Following up I've just learned they did not even pay the filing fee. Richard responded to my last review on yelp saying he stands behind the service he provided, yet here we are. What service was even provided? Did not receive my original drawings, nor did I receive a patentability search receipt. An absolute crook that will scam your money. Stay as far away as possible.
