Richard is a bit like an iceberg. He does not go around touting his considerable skills but if you push up against him you soon realize that there is a lot more than meets the eye. A tireless advocate for his clients. I have on many occasions when I was too busy and not accepting clients referred many potential clients to Richard over the years and never once did I ever hear of any complaints.
