I cannot in good conscience recommend Mrs. Fillingim Mrs. Fillingim does not possess the staff, resources, experience, or attorney-client communication skills necessary to be an effective attorney. I retained her Dec 2017 and 23 months later, I was still waiting for her to action my case. She failed to action emails, failed to return multiple attempts to contact her, and provide timely information about my civil case. Every document possessed some type of clerical or timeline error. She did not involve me in the decision-making process and took action on my case without my consent and in some cases without notifying me until several days later and only after questioned about information. Several periods of months past with no contact from her or action on my case. I shared my concerns with her several times in writing and allowed her adequate time to redeem herself; unfortunately, that did not happen. I was forced to terminate her in Oct 2019 after another 4 months of several unanswered communication attempts, which includes, email, phone, and voicemail. Mrs. Fillingim’s lack of professionalism has caused me more stress, anxiety, and ultimately caused more damage to my civil case. I cannot in good conscience recommend Mrs. Fillingim. View More
