Her foundational knowledge of the law is exceptional but she also she stays abreast of all current developments in the law, including critical new areas in electronic discovery and cutting edge legal arguments that will advantage her clients. I saw her present at a panel where she explained to other lawyers how to comply with changes to the Federal Rules.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

She is a sophisticated practitioner who uses every aspect of the law to harness the best facts and determine the wisest strategy for her clients.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Rebecca communicates well with everyone, whether a client, colleague or adversary. She gives gentle guidance and has an empathetic and collaborative nature. However, she is firm, persistent and respectful with her adversaries.
