Discovery posturing was very aggressive, and helped squeeze value and positioning from opposing counsel in several creative ways.

He gets in the weeds on discovery issues. For example, on prior medical history as it relates to depositions, he does a fantastic job protecting the client from impeachment by collecting priors pre-depo as part of case work up.

Legal Analysis: Excellent

Does a really good job of zooming in and out throughout a case to see the forest for the trees yet maintain focus on individual components which are important.

Communication Skills: Excellent

Not much to say here other than Mr. Benyamin responds to almost all communications within 24 hours.
