Phil knows how to cut to the chaste. He does not say things that are wrong. Would never say something that is just what the listener wants to hear. I rely on him to know the right answer. it is remarkable how he is right at a very very high percentage. He works very steadily.

I have seen him refrain from doing things- that he could have done- because they would have been questionably against professional standard. And it would have given an advantage but he wouldn't do it. He has never crossed the line and is smart enough to know when he needs to stop and think about an action or course of conduct.
