Beware: Unprofessional Phil Prossnitz represented me from November 2019 until he was finally terminated in March 2021. In my time with Phil, I only had TWO conversations with this man. Phil actively chooses to ignores calls, texts, and emails. Within those conversations he called me names (that I do not wish to share) and made accusations about me without any grounds. On December 13th of 2019, I had court at 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM. Phil laid out the expectation that I be early, or at least on time, for court dates and I abided by this. At my 1:30 PM court date, the judge asked me where Phil was several times, which prompted me to text and call him. Phil ignored my efforts to communicate until I texted him again at 2:20 PM saying I was the only one left waiting. He told me he was in the court room so I asked him which one and he told me a completely different room. Phil did not get to court until after 2:30 PM. On January 3rd of 2020, Phil repeated this charade. My court date was at 1:30 on January 3rd 2020. I had to text Phil that I was the last one on the call at 2:31, which he chose to ignore. When Phil is unable to make a court date he attempts to charge you extra for his lack of professionalism, when in reality it is his responsibility to find coverage. At a court date in December of 2019, he was able to find coverage with Bill Bligh without any extra cost. Fast forward to March 2021, he is begging me to pay him $150 so he can get coverage. After speaking to Bill Bligh and Ray Flavin, it is confirmed that coverage is free. A lawyer is supposed to be someone you can trust and confide in, not someone who degrades and judges you. A lawyer is supposed to be prompt and timely, not “forget” about your court dates or ignore your efforts to communicate with him about your case. A lawyer is supposed to represent you at every court date or delegate the task to a colleague or apprentice if he cannot stand with you, not ask for more money when they are unable to fulfil their commitment that they already received compensation for. Do NOT hire Phil unless you want to be emotionally abused and cheated out of money. View More

Attorney Prossnitz is thoughtful and caring. Attorney Prossnitz took the time to answer questions and was never judgmental. He was thorough and went over every detail. He is very responsive and often returned messages, via text, immediately. Attorney Prossnitz knows what it takes to get the best results and he comes through. If you are looking for a legal representation he is the one to go to. Very happy with the results, T.M.
