I met Ms. Stambelos in law school. I then worked side-by-side with Ms. Stambelos when she was Associate General Counsel at a major airline. She was a terrific client to work with and an excellent lawyer on her company's behalf. After she left the airline and joined private practice, I have continued to work with Ms. Stambelos on numerous matters, including recommending her to clients when additional counsel was needed based on the nature of the case.

When Ms. Stambelos was Associate General Counsel of an airline, she and her company were my clients. After Ms. Stambelos left the airline and opened her own firm, I encouraged my clients to retain Ms. Stambelos where it was necessary or prudent to have additional counsel. One situation involved a potential conflict, in which an individual required separate representation.
