Worst Attorney Ever!!!
This was the worst lawyer experience I’ve ever had. David Mufuka failed to contact me until after my first court date was scheduled. He then forwarded my original first continuance by over two weeks. Obviously, concerned with money and time and not the client. After needing a continuance due to COVID, College Exams, and Work David demanded more money. Refused to take the documentation within given time limits and was trying to finish my case as fast as possible without concern for my safety.
Ngonidzaishe David Mufuka's Response: Young man we wish you well. We went to court 3 times to continue your case and buy you time to complete a simple online class for a few hours. To protect you from covid it was all online. You ghosted us for a while then emailed apologizing for ghosting us and then you promised "I will have everything handled within the next 48 hours. I will not let this happen again." You broke that promise and more court dates came and went. You just procrastinated and ghosted us again. Later you got mad and petty without apology after being called out. Lawyers aren’t doormats. Exercise better professionalism when dealing with lawyers.
