Dishonest DV Lawyer Nathan Hewette-Guyton misrepresented & deceived me on the need for a defendant to retain counsel for representation at the first hearing for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) hearing in Family Court; and was dishonest with me regarding the law relating to discovery & subpoena in Family Court; Nathan was dishonest with me (as a client) in representing me as he had unauthorized contact with others about his representation of me and colluded or coordinated with others to harass me. This harassment included repeated changes of position on advice regarding the law; intentionally delaying communications from the other party's counsel; intentionally sent trivial information from the Court in lieu of directly forwarding the Court's notification; and delaying the transfer of information obtained from Subpoena that would have changed my position prior to a hearing.
