Horrible Person Norman was hired to relocate my case to California as my son lives there and and I needed to have a contempt case and he did absolutely nothing for me. Every time I inquired on the case he had no update, I never seen any court paper work. When I spoke to him on the phone he had dogs in the background and claimed he took his dog to the office. Sounded like he was home. Also when I would inquire he would always send me an invoice but nothing ever showed what he did just Misc paper work. I would highly recommend no one use this lawyer as he took advantage of a father who was desperate. Con artist Be aware, a con artist who stole my case paperwork and won't return it. Instead he's been harrassing me and sending electric serving to multiple lawsuits he claims to file against me. He wasted my time for 2 years not returning my emails or phone calls after I hired him on contengency. Now he's sending me invoices that rings on my phone every night at 4AM, a fake restraining order, and fake electronic serving cleaning that I need to appear in court. He doesn't have an office. Beware
